From Account in the plugin admin,
deactivate the license on the old site and activate it
on the new one. Multi-site bundles let any site in the
bundle activate as long as the seat count is not
exceeded.
- What happens on downgrade?

The service quota goes back to 3
cleanups per 30 days at the
next cleanup call. Every feature — detection, Auto-fix,
Bulk Fix All, hardening — keeps working. Anything already
cleaned stays cleaned; no data is removed when a plan
changes.
- How is the 3-cleanups-per-30-days quota counted?

A rolling window per site, shared between malware
cleanup and integrity-fix on infected files — whether
triggered by a one-click action, Auto-fix, or Bulk Fix
All. Integrity fix on clean files (modified, missing,
or extra) is unlimited and never touches the counter.

Yes — billed once a year, per site. We display the
monthly equivalent for comparison, but the charge is
annual. The support cost of a 1-month relationship at
this price point isn't workable.
